They are seeking a skilled General Manager to lead their regional initiatives.

About the role:

The General Manager for Latam markets will assume a versatile role, responsible for driving product launch, business growth, and market adaptation. This position necessitates fluency in Spanish and a background in payments or fintech.

Key Responsibilities:

You will:

• Conduct comprehensive market research to grasp customer needs and challenges within the Latam region.
• Lead the launch of our product in Latam markets, beginning with Mexico.
• Form and oversee a local team dedicated to supporting regional growth.
• Establish and manage significant Payment Service Provider (PSP) partnerships and develop direct sales and digital growth channels.
• Collaborate closely with the Product team to tailor the product for local market requirements.
• Take charge of efforts to ensure compliance with local regulatory standards.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to leverage crypto rails within the market.
